The beta and contact forms can store submitted fields in a protected intake database. Local TEST mode never sends email. Hosted confirmation email remains fail-closed until every launch check and separate external-send approval pass. This MVP does not charge a card, verify an identity, pay an answerer or upload evidence.

Decision support only

Residency Answers Japan does not guarantee eligibility, an answer, funding, selection, travel or any other outcome. Current official organiser terms control.

Public questions and answers

Users grant Residency Answers Japan permission to display and moderate submitted public content. Do not submit confidential applications, personal data about others or material you cannot share.

Credentials and conflicts

Badges describe one checked claim, not universal expertise. Answerers must distinguish experience from official rules and disclose relevant conflicts.

Closed-beta selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee invitation, an answer or access to a residency. Beta recruitment must not imply current traction when only simulation data exists.

Subscription

The intended Founding Applicant price is US$7 per month. Applying is free. Live billing, refund rules, monthly credit renewal and the seven-day credit-return process must be completed and tested before any charge.

Acceptable use

No harassment, outcome guarantees, fake credentials, paid manipulation, undisclosed promotion, disruptive scraping or attempts to bypass access controls.
